Dr. Hafeez received the Masters and PhD degrees from Indian Institute of Technology, Hyderabad. During his Masters, he worked on micro-scale energy harvesting and charge pump design. During his PhD, he worked on wide-input range multi-phase DC-DC converters. His association with ams semiconductors, India pvt LTD started in 2012 as a Ph.D. intern. He joined in ams semiconductors as Staff Engineer (analog) in 2016 and worked as Senior Staff Engineer (analog) from 2019 onwards. During this period he worked on the design of power management blocks like charge pump, LED driver, Bandgap references, voltage to current converter, POR, Brownout monitor etc. He also worked on interface circuit design with a special focus on I2C communication port design. He is with Green PMU semi from 2021 onwards.
